On Friday 7th November 2025, maintenance has been scheduled to upgrade several key components in the core of the network. This is an essential upgrade and will deliver improvements to the overall security and performance of the network.

The work will commence at 8.30pm on Friday and should be completed by 11.00pm. All services will be closely monitored following the upgrade, and engineers will continue to be on call should remedial action be required over the weekend.

Access to the internet will be unaffected and the LGfL StaffMail service will remain available throughout the upgrade, but the Support Site will be unavailable for the duration of the work.

Services that require authentication, such as Freedom2Roam and WiFi, may experience one or two brief periods of disruption.
